Service Description: The USGS NHDPlus High Resolution (NHDPlus HR) Index service, NHDPlus_HR_Index, is a map service that gives spatial data location availability and related data creation information data creation information for NHDPlus HR spatial datasets. These datasets are published in NHDPlus HR Vector Processing Units (VPU) and are available in the NHDPlus_HR map service available alongside this service. The NHDPlus_HR_Index service identifies the following about a VPU: 1) if NHDPlus HR data exists for that VPU, 2) when the NHDPlus HR data was published, 3) the data model version of the NHDPlus_HR VPU dataset, and 4) the version of the software processing tool that was used to create the data (if available).
